“Surreal” is the only way to describe this entire experience. Being seen by millions of people on Shark Tank was amazing enough, but then to have so many reach out wanting to talk to us about our story is unbelievable. None of us would have imagined talking to People, but here we are!
#Repost @kevinolearytv ・・・ Keith Young was a New York City firefighter who assisted in cleanup at Ground Zero after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. He died three months before the “Tank” taping last May from cancer related to the 9/11 effort. This Sunday, his three children pitched his invention in the tank in his honour. The five of us offered $100,000 together for a 20 percent stake in the business, and are donating profits to a charity that helps firefighters affected on 9/11. The Cup Board Pro is already sold out, with $1 million in orders. Unbelievable.
Having the opportunity to spread the word about our dad’s Cup Board Pro in so many places continues to be a blessing as it gets us closer to realizing his dream of having his invention in kitchens all across America. As always, thank you for being part of this journey with us.
